Ms. Hungiville’s practice is focused on real estate (both commercial and residential), the formation of business entities (corporations, partnerships, professional associations, limited liability companies, 501(c) tax exempt organizations and not for profit entities), the purchase and sale of businesses as well as estate planning (wills, trusts, all types of power of attorney, living wills) and the probate of estates.
During 20 plus years of practicing law, Ms. Hungiville has handled in excess of 10,000 real estate transactions, participated as an instructor for residential real estate agents at various Columbia area real estate firms and has given a multitude of presentations on her areas of practice concentration before various professional, church and civic groups.
Ms. Hungiville graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Sciences degree. She earned her Juris Doctor law degree from the University of South Carolina.

As a Commercial Banker with First Community Bank, Ryan is experienced in financing commercial real estate transactions, including owner-occupied, investment property and construction loans. Ryan brings over 12 years banking experience and enjoys partnering with both small business owners and real estate investors to guide them through the process of the underwriting, approval and closing of commercial transactions. A native of Columbia, Ryan possesses a strong knowledge of the Midlands real estate market. Ryan takes time to listen and understand the unique needs of each client in order to propose the right solution and to form long-lasting relationships.

Kimberly A. Raber
Kimberly A. Raber is a native of South Carolina, has been practicing business law for 32 years, and loves working with small business owners and is passionate about making sure they are protected through proper formation, maintenance and planning. She forms LLCs and corporations for individuals who are starting new businesses or have existing businesses as well as individuals who want to buy investment property, whether it is residential or commercial property that will be rented to others. She also assists clients who want to sell or buy another business or the assets of another business.
A large part of her practice involves ensuring that clients who have formed their own LLC have everything they need to be protected personally for the debts and liabilities of the LLC and providing advice on how to maintain LLCs so that this protection is maintained throughout the existence of the LLC. In addition, she drafts contracts that her clients need for their businesses and reviews and analyzes contracts for her clients to ensure that these contracts are in their best interests. She also provides succession planning services for her clients to ensure that they have Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts in place in the event they become incapacitated mentally or physically or die. Ms. Raber wants to ensure that her clients and their families are protected.
